Senior Manager

The Senior Manager for Lockheed Martin's Edge Processing and Electronics (EP&E) Rapid Integration group provides functional management for the Rapid Integration group, program management for new capability demonstrations, and drives new capability demonstration concepts and activities with internal and external customers. The individual will be responsible for :

• Functional management of the Rapid Integration group
• Support program management of innovation convergence programs, EP&E product developments
• Support driving and capturing new demonstration activities across business areas, external customers, and the Space enterprise
• Responsible for coordinating subordinate employee recruitment, selection and training, performance assessment, work assignments
• Responsible for the cost, schedule and technical performance of subsystems development and demonstration program development and execution

Clearance Level : Top Secret

Pay Rate : The annual base salary range for this position in California, Massachusetts, and New York (excluding most major metropolitan areas), Colorado, Hawaii, Illinois, Maryland, Minnesota, New Jersey, Vermont, Washington or Washington DC is $151,200 - $266,570. For states not referenced above, the salary range for this position will reflect the candidate's final work location. Please note that the salary information is a general guideline only. Lockheed Martin considers factors such as (but not limited to) scope and responsibilities of the position, candidate's work experience, education / training, key skills as well as market and business considerations when extending an offer.
