Relationship Management : Build and nurture high-quality relationships with project leaders and stakeholders across commercial operations.Develop a deep understanding of disease science, business objectives, and industry challenges to effectively support brand initiatives.2. Project Planning & Initiation : Collaborate with commercial business partners to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.Develop detailed project plans and identify resource needs to meet business objectives.3. Project Control : Assess risks, manage changes to scope, and work with stakeholders to resolve issues.Track and measure project performance against plans and budgets, ensuring progress aligns with expectations.4. Project Execution & Close : Lead teams to execute project plans, ensuring all tasks are completed with quality and on time.Compile lessons learned, finalize programs, and obtain stakeholder approval for project completion.5. Communication & Reporting : Provide timely and accurate project updates through reports, dashboards, and presentations.Offer recommendations to resolve challenges and manage risks proactively.6. Quality Management : Ensure compliance with corporate policies, functional standards, and industry regulations.Build and maintain strong relationships with project leaders across all commercial operations and develop a thorough understanding of the business, product challenges, and industry.Work with commercial business partners to define project goals, objectives, and deliverables.Create comprehensive project plans to ensure timely execution of business objectives.Monitor and assess changes to scope, risks, and issues, collaborating with IBT leaders and business partners to ensure timely resolution.Measure project performance to ensure alignment with original plans and budgets.Lead project teams in executing project plans, ensuring that all activities are completed on time and within budget.Conduct post-project evaluations to gather lessons learned and obtain final program approvals.Provide regular updates on project status, risks, and issues to project teams and senior commercial leaders through detailed project reports and presentations.Ensure compliance with corporate and functional policies and procedures.Qualifications : Exceptional interpersonal and relationship-building skills.Outstanding written and oral communication skills.5-8 years of demonstrable program / project management experience, preferably in commercial operations or product launches.Proven ability to manage multiple cross-functional projects and meet deadlines proactively.Experience motivating and influencing teams without direct management authority.Bachelor's Degree.Extensive experience with Microsoft Office, Smartsheets, and MS Teams.Preferred Qualifications : Experience in the pharmaceutical or biopharma industry.PMP Certification or equivalent.Familiarity with brands, products, and teams.Knowledge of product launch and market-access strategies.
