Job Description
The Program Manager is responsible for managing awarded projects to the time, cost, and quality requirements. This position requires a detailed-oriented individual who can provide project management leadership and drive accountability on a cross functional team. The Program Manager will utilize engineering and project management talents to facilitate customer product development and launch.
This role requires working in an office environment (not hybrid or remote) at ConMet's corporate headquarters in Vancouver, Washington. Non-local candidates must be open to relocation (relocation assistance available).
Key Duties :
- Lead cross-functional teams, both internal and external, in the development of new products
- Use communication skills to ensure team members / stakeholders are appropriately informed including awareness of project scope, milestones, and main points of contact
- Drive project work to completion, using good judgment in determining when to escalate issues to management
- Supports sales growth initiatives and works with all departments to support and quickly respond to customer requests
- Participates in quotes for new and existing programs
- Ensure all project documentation is accurate and reliable
- Creates and manages budgets related to development and product cost ensuring target financial goals are achieved

Compensation & Benefits
ESOP - Participation (100% company paid) in the ConMet / Amsted Employee Stock Ownership Program (ESOP). The Company contributes 10% of considered compensation into this plan each fiscal year.
