Raytheon is seeking a Senior Systems Engineer, providing enterprise-wide systems engineering and integration support to an operational government customer within the Intelligence Community. This position manages moderately sized projects or processes with minimal oversight and provides measurable input to new products, processes or standards in operational plans to implement customer integrations and / or objectives. The position works in a SCIF environment with flexible work hours to accommodate work / life balance practices. Location : Aurora, Colorado

What You Will Do

• Provides systems engineering and integration support to assess, plan, coordinate, schedule and implement projects from inception through system transition.
• Problems and issues faced can fluctuate and require detailed information gathering, analysis and investigation to understand the problem and determine appropriate resolution.
• Communicates with many levels of program, other contractor and government stakeholders and works to positively influence parties within and outside of the job function at an operational level regarding policies, procedures and practices.
• Manage system integration projects and provide reliable data to the Customer enabling them to make informed decisions regarding the installation, integration checkout and test of operational system modifications and upgrades.

The salary range for this role is 77,000 USD - 163,000 USD. The salary range provided is a good faith estimate representative of all experience levels. RTX considers several factors when extending an offer, including but not limited to, the role, function and associated responsibilities, a candidate’s work experience, location, education / training, and key skills.

Payments under these annual programs are not guaranteed and are dependent upon a variety of factors including, but not limited to, individual performance, business unit performance, and / or the company’s performance.

This role is a U.S.-based role. If the successful candidate resides in a U.S. territory, the appropriate pay structure and benefits will apply.
