Role Overview

We are currently seeking a Sr. Project Manager to join our Project Management team. As a Sr. Project Manager, you will collaborate closely with our internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of campaign objectives. You will be responsible for creating and maintaining project calendars, ensuring deadlines are met, and managing various project assets.

Your Impact :

Build campaign timelines and schedule of deliverables to be shared internally & with the client

Create and maintain internal & external tracker documents, including Internal Creative Tracker (to manage approvals), Production Timeline, and Creative Count / Budget Trackers

Ensure all deliverables meet company standards through QA

Actively review project management software to ensure tasks are completed, quality checked, and closed out

Provide accurate estimates for projects

Collaborate with internal teams to achieve campaign objectives

Participate in client calls, meetings, and brainstorming sessions

Maintain a high level of attention to detail in all aspects of project management

Oversee 1-2 direct reports
