Strategic Solutions Group LLC, Senior Quality Assurance Engineer (Needham, MA) : Provide quality assurance support to public health and public safety IT solutions projects requiring a significant amount of test automation and custom product configuration :

Duties include :

• Lead Team in the execution of tests, evaluates results and problems in a timely manner, and assist in problem resolution;
• Collaborate with project team members, subject matter experts, business owners to define and document test cases, scenarios, and scripts in alignment with business and system requirements;
• Lead and perform execution of tests, evaluate results and problems, assist in problem resolution;
• Provide input for testing strategies, scope, and scenarios;
• Provide input for testing-related estimates of effort, duration, and resource utilization;
• Create test data necessary for test execution;
• Create automated test scripts and mentor team members on best practices;
• Create and maintain performance test scripts;
• Create and maintain automated test scripts using tools such as Selenium WebDriver;
• Ensure functionality coded by development team adheres to business requirements and standards (ADA, security, etc.);
• Maintain test plans, test cases, and test case library;
• Identify, record investigate and analyze problems found, and track status of defects and verify the resolution during testing life cycle;
• Provide reports containing test metrics and status to management Team;
• Support QA Division process planning and execution; and
• Support QA Division resource hiring, training and development.

Minimum Requirements :

Bachelors degree (or foreign equivalent) in Computer Science, Information Technology, Informatics or a closely-related IT field plus 5 years' progressively responsible experience in Quality Assurance Engineer or Testing / Quality Assurance role.

Must have 5 years' experience (can be gained concurrently with above experience) in the following :
