Description
HighFive Healthcare's team of finance and operations experts handles and optimizes the business of Endodontics and Oral Surgery practices so that doctors can focus on their patients.
We are excited to find an experienced Senior Accountant to join our growing team. This is an onsite role in our Birmingham, Alabama office.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assist the finance team in monthly close with emphasis on higher risk audit areas on the balance sheet and profit & loss statement.
- Contribute to improvements in the financial close process, allowing the team to produce extremely high quality monthly financial statements.
- Assist in preparing, interpreting, and reporting on monthly financial results and cost analyses for HighFive. Review financial results of current and prior months, perform variance analyses, and identify trends to make recommendations for improvements.
- Contribute to delivery of financial information to the executive team daily and weekly to provide real-time visibility into the Company's cash position and accounts receivable.
- Performance of account reconciliations and other workpapers relating to month-end close.
- Assist in preparation of daily and weekly reports used by executive team.
- Weekly cash flow forecasting and assistance with cash management.
- Review clinical transactions and expense reports.
