The Role
We're seeking a high-energy, results-driven Senior Recruiter & HR Specialist to join our Dallas team and take ownership of our talent acquisition efforts. This is a roll-up-your-sleeves position for a go-getter who thrives on execution and delivering measurable results. You'll own the full-cycle recruitment process while also supporting core HR functions, with a primary focus on identifying and closing exceptional talent in sales, client success, and senior leadership roles.
We need someone who is independently strong, operationally excellent, and doesn't need hand-holding a performance-minded professional who brings energy and urgency to everything they do. You'll hit the ground running and make an immediate impact.
What You'll Do
Recruitment (Primary Focus - 70%)
- Own and execute end-to-end recruitment for sales professionals, Client Success Managers, and senior-level positions with minimal supervision
- Proactively headhunt and poach top talent from target companies and competitors in the healthcare, SaaS, and technology sectors
- Identify and map target organizations to build strategic talent pipelines
- Source, screen, interview, and close candidates using creative recruiting strategies across multiple channels
- Build and maintain a robust, qualified pipeline of candidates for current and future hiring needs
- Partner directly with hiring managers and leadership to understand requirements and deliver quality candidates quickly
- Manage the full candidate experience from initial outreach through offer negotiation and onboarding
- Leverage LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, referrals, networking, and innovative sourcing techniques to attract top talent
- Drive the hiring process forward with urgency while maintaining quality standards
- Conduct market intelligence on compensation trends and competitive landscape
