We are seeking a Senior Data Scientist to join our dynamic team. This role will be crucial as we design & scale our new lines of business, including those with coaching or clinician components. The successful candidate will play a key role in tracking & forecasting our overall Cost of Goods Sold (COGS), understanding & modeling fixed vs. variable costs, estimating the implications of various product & operational choices, & identifying ways to optimize costs while maintaining quality & user value.

What Youll Be Doing :

• Partner with stakeholders across Noom to implement & scale a data science system that can accurately measure & predict the cost of the services we provide our community of users
• Develop & maintain models to differentiate fixed vs. variable costs, aiding in understanding how different business lines scale under different scenarios.
• Estimate the implications of different product & operational choices, enabling informed decision-making.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including product managers, engineers, & operations to support data-driven decision-making.
• Present insights & recommendations to senior management & stakeholders.
• Learn from & influence a diverse team of data scientists working on problems across Noom.
