As a Senior Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the application layer of our community AI-native education platform. You will work closely with ML researchers, product managers, and designers to understand their requirements and translate them into scalable and efficient backend infrastructure and an intuitive and attractive frontend. Your expertise will be crucial in building a robust and user-friendly platform that enables our users to access personalized education. As a founding member of our engineering team, you will play a pivotal role in building our innovative educational platform from the ground up. This is a hybrid role and can accommodate both remote and in-office work.

- Design, develop, and deploy user-facing features of our web application
- Collaborate closely with the AI team to ensure seamless integration of AI functionalities
- Work with stakeholders to understand requirements and iterate based on user feedback
- Establish strong coding, software development, and team practices to support future growth
