Job Description

You must be adept in both oral and written communications aimed at engineers, senior leadership, customers, partners, and other Internal teams.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities :

Grow and?lead an engineering team of 6-10 engineers

Lead projects that span multiple domains within networking and partner with teams outside of networking such as security, compliance etc

Own the end-to-end service design, project planning, delivery

Cultivate best practices for software development and documentation, assure designs meet requirements and deliver high-quality work on tight schedules

Drive operational excellence for the service

Collaborate with other leaders on developing and delivering product roadmaps, operational improvements, and critical cross functional customer commitments

Participate in critical projects and project status communication at the senior leadership level

Participate in a Manager On-call rotation for the team

Qualifications :

3+ years of experience of growing and leading successful teams

3+ years of experience leading?and successfully delivering large and complex technical projects from concept to production

Sound understanding and demonstrable experience building and operating large scale global distributed systems

Sound understanding of cloud architecture patterns, networking fundamentals, observability, and operations.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Demonstrable Project Management experience in delivering large cross functional projects

US : Hiring Range in USD from : $107,100 to $251,600 per annum. May be eligible for bonus, equity, and compensation deferral.

Paid time off : Flexible Vacation is provided to all eligible employees assigned to a salaried (non-overtime eligible) position. Accrued Vacation is provided to all other employees eligible for vacation benefits. For employees working at least 35 hours per week, the vacation accrual rate is 13 days annually for the first three years of employment and 18 days annually for subsequent years of employment. Vacation accrual is prorated for employees working between 20 and 34 hours per week. Employees working fewer than 20 hours per week are not eligible for vacation.

Paid sick leave : 72 hours of paid sick leave upon date of hire. Refreshes each calendar year. Unused balance will carry over each year up to a maximum cap of 112 hours.
