Job descriptionAbility to efficiently lead a team of engineers to complete technically complex projects. Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering with Structural Emphasis, Master’s Degree is desirable but not required Minimum of 10 years of experience, 15 years or more preferred SE is desirable but not required Proficient with structural analysis and design software (e.g. Ram Structural System, ETABS, SAP2000) Efficient managing and developing documentation including drawings, specifications, and reports Ability to complete tasks accurately with attention to detail while meeting deadlines Communication skills that enhance client relationships and collaboration with team members Desire to grow professionally and willingness to provide mentorship.

We are seeking a full time Licensed Senior Structural Engineer who can complement and integrate with our dynamic group of engineers and architects.

- Salary range $115,000 to $140,000 DOE. Benefits include medical, vision, dental, Health Saving Account, Flexible Spending Account, transit, 401K, continuing education.
The successful candidate will help design and manage complex building projects both regionally and nationally, with some limited travel anticipated. Typical projects include large scale multifamily housing, office and training, institutional, military, and industrial facilities. Additionally, we perform seismic assessments, seismic retrofit, and engineering services for a variety of structure types.
