As our Senior Financial Analyst, you will help measure results and drive financial insights that influence strategic business decisions. You'll be a key resource for analyzing net revenue trends and delivering high-impact analytics for executive leadership. Every day, you will develop and maintain net revenue models to analyze period-over-period changes and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver accurate reporting and insights. To thrive in this role, you must have strong analytical and critical thinking skills and the ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Here's what you will experience working as a Senior Financial Analyst :
- Own monthly net revenue reporting and provide operating and financial variance analyses to drive strategic business decisions.
- Compiling and interpreting large sets of healthcare data for alternative performance reviews as well as ad hoc reporting.
- Prepare and review calculations across multiple revenue streams to support short- and long-range revenue forecasts.
- Develop process solutions through automation, standardization, and innovation to enhance efficiency.
- Respond to high-priority executive-level requests with timely, accurate, and actionable analytics.
Required Skills :
For this US-based position, the base pay range is $61,357.00 - $110,424.03 per year. Individual pay is determined by role, level, location, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training. This job is eligible to participate in our annual bonus plan at a target of 10.00%.
