What you would do here :
The Senior Human Resources ("HR") manager oversees all aspects of the Company's HR function, including recruitment, team member relations, performance management, compensation and benefits, talent development and training, compliance with labor laws, and will be a "culture builder" for the Company. Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, this role combines strategic execution with hands-on HR management to drive organizational effectiveness and employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities :
Foster a positive workforce culture that promotes team member engagement and retention
Manage performance management system, including goal setting, regular feedback and performance reviews
Manage team member compensation structure, including salary reviews and adjustments
Ensure adherence to all employment laws and regulations, including labor laws and anti-discrimination
Collaborate with the HR team and CFO to develop plans that align with the HR strategy which align to business goals
Manage 2 HR team members
What you already know and have done :
Strong understanding of HR best practices, emerging trends, and HR technology solutions.
Exceptional leadership and communication skills.
Ability to drive innovation and manage cultural change within an organization.
