Job description

Overview : We are conducting an executive search for a Senior Vice President (SVP), Human Resources to join a highly respected organization in the Atlanta Metropolitan Area. The SVP, Human Resources will serve as an essential partner to the executive team, leading all HR functions with a dual focus on strategy and hands-on execution. This senior leadership role requires an innovative HR leader with a proven track record across diverse industries and locations, capable of inspiring teams to achieve exceptional results. The ideal candidate will drive talent management efforts, foster employee engagement, and cultivate a corporate culture aligned with the company’s mission, values, and business goals.

The SVP, Human Resources will be responsible for ensuring that HR strategies are aligned with organizational objectives and business goals. The role will require a high-level focus on talent acquisition, succession planning, and performance management, as well as leading organizational development initiatives that support workforce growth, satisfaction, and retention. The successful candidate should have extensive experience building and sustaining a positive workplace culture while focusing on DE&I efforts and organizational transformation.

In addition to shaping the company's talent and cultural strategy, the SVP, Human Resources will ensure regulatory compliance, foster inclusive workplace practices, and promote ethical standards. Strong leadership, strategic problem-solving, and the ability to forge productive relationships with both internal and external stakeholders will be essential to driving success. The SVP, Human Resources will also be responsible for overseeing compensation and benefits programs, ensuring that they support the company’s competitive positioning and talent retention strategies.

Key to the success of this role will be the ability to implement data-driven HR practices and use HR analytics to inform decision-making across various organizational levels. Additionally, the SVP, Human Resources will manage HR systems, budgets, and resources, demonstrating strong financial acumen and a commitment to optimizing HR operations.

Qualifications :

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Organizational Development, Business, or a related field.
  • At least 10 years of senior HR leadership experience, with a strong executive-level background.
  • Strategic and business acumen, with the ability to align HR strategies with business goals.
  • Proven experience leading change management initiatives and demonstrating high emotional intelligence in addressing complex challenges.
  • Expertise in employee engagement, talent management, and succession planning.
  • Strong proficiency in HR systems, technologies, and data-driven decision-making.
  • Experience in conflict resolution, mediation, and creating inclusive workplace environments
