Were Looking for an A Player
As the Vice President of Growth, you will be a key member of the executive leadership team, responsible for driving Annual Recurring Revenue (ARR) growth and optimizing Net Revenue Retention (NRR). This role oversees the Sales, Customer Success and Marketing departments, ensuring alignment to deliver exceptional customer value, scale revenue, and enhance client retention. Our ideal candidate is adept at building strong relationships, managing multiple teams and directly contributing to the company's revenue and strategic objectives.
This is an exciting opportunity for a strategic and operational leader passionate about scaling SaaS businesses and driving measurable outcomes in a vertical market.
Your Responsibilities :
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute growth strategies in collaboration with the executive team.
- Own and continuously optimize the sales and customer success playbooks to ensure scalable and repeatable processes.
- Build, lead, and mentor high-performing Marketing, Sales and Customer Success teams aligned with business objectives.
- Identify and leverage growth opportunities, innovate go-to-market strategies, and capitalize on industry trends.
