A well-established, privately held, national food manufacturing company is seeking a Vice President of Manufacturing to lead and optimize all aspects of their operations. This dynamic opportunity is with a $100MM+ growth-oriented company known for its entrepreneurial, team-oriented culture . The VP of Manufacturing will play a key role in driving operational excellence , ensuring quality standards , and shaping the company's future growth as part of the senior leadership team .

Key Responsibilities of the Vice President of Manufacturing :
- Lead Operational Excellence : Oversee daily operations in two plants, ensuring production of premium-quality food products that meet the highest industry standards.
- Strategic Leadership : Collaborate with the executive leadership team to develop and implement operational strategies that drive growth, profitability, and continuous improvement.
- Optimize Production Processes : Streamline production workflows, introduce best practices, and identify opportunities to reduce waste, improve efficiency , and enhance productivity .
- Ensure Quality & Safety : Maintain the highest standards of quality control and food safety , ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and exceeding consumer expectations.
