About the Role
The Company is seeking a Senior Vice President, Global Tax to lead its worldwide tax provision, compliance, and planning activities. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all U.S. federal and international tax compliance, audits, and SEC disclosures for income taxes. This role involves managing a global team of tax professionals, ensuring the accuracy of tax filings, and identifying and implementing tax planning strategies to reduce the effective tax rate and minimize cash tax costs. The Senior Vice President will also be involved in transfer pricing analysis, leading tax transformation initiatives, and providing ongoing tax consulting and guidance to support the company's business objectives. Candidates for this position should have a four-year degree in a relevant discipline, with a CPA or J.D. preferred, and a minimum of 15 years' experience in tax planning and compliance, including exposure to complex tax transactions. The role requires a deep understanding of U.S. and international tax rules, including income tax treaty provisions, cross-border financing, and transfer pricing. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of leadership, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to operate effectively in a complex, global organization. Experience in international business practices, as well as strong business acumen and outstanding communication skills, are essential. The Senior Vice President will be expected to work in a fast-paced environment, manage multiple tasks, and demonstrate the ability to work independently and resolve problems effectively.
