Behavioral Health Network Inc. (BHN) is looking for an experienced behavioral health industry leader to join our team. This individual will collaborate with our strategic partners to execute BHN’s programs and drive strategies which help our Programs’ customers solve their problems.
As a BHN Senior Vice President of Outpatient Services you will be a member of the Executive Leadership Team, reporting to the CEO and guiding an experienced leadership team.
The Senior Vice President of Outpatient Services manages a comprehensive and robust business model that integrates various elements of the organization into a synergistic whole.
Most critically, this individual is expected to be a strategic and visionary leader who can establish operational and clinical leadership that delivers superior financial results. This role will oversee all financial, material, and human resources and promote a culture that ensures sustainable growth as well as operational excellence throughout the clinical operations.
Specific responsibilities include oversight of BHN’s Community Behavioral Health Clinics in Springfield and Westfield, BHN’s crisis and respite services for adults and youth, and BHN’s outpatient and urgent care mental health and substance use disorder clinics. Pursuant to this oversight is the supervision of Vice presidents who manage these individual services.
The SVP of Outpatient Services is also accountable for building trust and demonstrating its commitment to equity, social justice, diversity, inclusion, and accessibility throughout the organization.
Further, you must understand problems faced by BHN providers in the mental health, substance use, and disabilities areas and offer sage counsel to address complex issues to their resolution.
You are a collaborative and resourceful leader who is approachable with the ability to unify and build consensus in a people-oriented environment where versatility in thought and action are a catalyst to achieving extraordinary results.
The SVP of Outpatient Services will embrace an environment that is open to a diversity of people, perspectives, and ideas while skillfully assessing the practicality of investing time, energy, and resources in the pursuit of new or revitalized strategies, business models, and operating initiatives. They are an excellent communicator who engages easily with people of diverse backgrounds and values. The SVP will be adept at synthesizing objective and subjective data to gain insights that invigorate programs and refine processes.
