Pay : $18.00 (+ $2 shift differential)
Available Shifts (Monday – Thursday)
1st Shift : 6 : 00am - 4 : 30pm
2nd Shift : 4 : 00pm - 2 : 30am

Position Summary : The Line Operator is responsible for the efficient operation of production lines in our wild bird seed production facility. This role involves setting up, monitoring, and troubleshooting production equipment to ensure high-quality, timely, and accurate processing of bird seed products. The Line Operator plays a key role in maintaining production schedules, adhering to quality standards, and ensuring a safe working environment.
Key Responsibilities :
- Equipment Operation :
Operate and monitor production line machinery including packaging, sewing, and labeling equipment.
Oversee the production process, ensuring that the line is running smoothly and efficiently.
Prepare and set up equipment for different production runs, including changing out components and adjusting settings.
Identify and resolve minor equipment malfunctions or production issues.
Conduct regular quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and standards.
Follow all safety procedures and protocols to maintain a safe working environment.
Work collaboratively with team members and supervisors to ensure smooth operation and resolution of any issues.
Qualifications :
Ability to operate and troubleshoot production machinery.
Ability to lift and move heavy objects as required.
