About This Role
As a Head of SEO, you’ll help build Lotus’s next growth engine — a fully automated, data-driven, and scalable SEO system powered by AI.
You’ll design intelligent workflows that research topics, generate and optimize content, and measure performance — all at machine speed. This role blends technical SEO mastery with automation engineering, shaping how millions of users discover Lotus through organic channels.
You’ll work closely with Growth, Engineering, and Content teams to build the frameworks and automations that make Lotus’s web presence expand exponentially — and intelligently.
What You’ll Own
Build and maintain AI-powered SEO systems — including automated keyword research, clustering, and content generation workflows.
Architect programmatic frameworks that can ship new pages daily with high topical authority.
Use workflow automation tools (e.g., AirOps, n8n) to connect data pipelines, content APIs, and publishing systems.
Constantly refine prompt systems, LLM contexts, and quality control layers to improve precision and ranking quality.
Leverage Lotus’s proprietary data to create truly unique, medically authoritative content that strengthens search visibility and brand trust.
Analyze performance across SERPs, schema, and click data — then iterate with speed and precision.
Collaborate with product and design to ensure SEO best practices are baked into every new release.
Stay ahead of AI search trends (Perplexity, etc.), shaping Lotus’s generative optimization strategy.
Who You Are
Experienced in technical, programmatic, or AI-driven SEO — you’ve ranked pages at scale and built systems that work autonomously.
Fluent in automation tools (e.g., AirOps, or n8n) and comfortable experimenting with LLM APIs.
Experienced building and ranking landing pages at scale.
Expert in technical SEO, programmatic SEO, and AI-assisted optimization.
Data-driven, detail-obsessed, and comfortable in the weeds of analytics and structure.
Strategic, fast-moving, and creative in how you approach growth.
Bonus : experience in healthcare, wellness, or other regulated industries.
