Implementing and enforcing company policies, processes, and procedures
Handling customer inquiries, feedback, and complaints with professionalism
Hiring and firing staff, reviews, onboarding and training new staff
Ensuring the cleanliness, safety, and maintenance of the facility
Collaboration with the marketing team to promote and attract new customers
Implementing innovative solutions to enhance customer experience
Adhering to the company’s core values and fostering a positive and supportive work environment
Acting as a mentor and leader for the staff
