What you need to be successful

To excel as a Server at Gimme's Par & Grill, you'll need to bring a specific set of skills to the table. We're looking for individuals who can effortlessly provide exceptional service with a friendly demeanor, possess a deep understanding of beer, wine, and liquor offerings, and maintain a visually appealing dining environment. Your ability to accurately assess patrons' preferences and offer tailored recommendations is crucial, as is your proficiency in efficiently inputting orders into the POS system. As you serve patrons their orders, your attention to detail in explaining dishes and promptly addressing any additional requests is key. You'll also need to be diligent in verifying legal drinking age, handling payments, and ensuring a clean table setup for each course.

Knowledge and skills required for the position are :

• Provide above-and-beyond service to patrons with a friendly face.
• Expertise in beer

• Maintain an appealing and patron-ready dining area.
• Determine patrons' food & beverage preferences and make on-point recommendations.
• Take drink and food orders from patrons.
• Input orders in the POS system.
• Serve patrons their prepared food and drinks while explaining the dishes as they are placed in front of each patron.
• Observe diners to respond to any additional requests and to determine when the meals have been completed.
• Verify identification to ensure patrons are the legal age to purchase alcoholic beverages.
• Prepare the bill and accept payment.
• Clear (pre-bus) or reset table at the end of each course.
• Thank patrons and kindly invite them back for future dining experiences.
