Job Description : Service Advisor
We are seeking a Service Advisor with excellent customer service skills to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our clients and ensuring that their needs are met.
Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and assess their needs
- Schedule and coordinate service appointments
- Keep customers informed about the status of their vehicle
- Provide accurate estimates for repairs and services
- Explain repair and maintenance recommendations to customers and answer any questions they may have
- Ensure customers are satisfied with their service experience
- Maintain customer records and follow up on service appointments
