Job Summary :
The Service Advisor at Genesis of Charlotte is a vital member of our team, responsible for providing exceptional customer service and overseeing all aspects of the service department. This individual will serve as the primary point of contact for customers, ensuring their needs are met and their expectations are exceeded. This is a full-time position in the auto industry, located in Matthews, North Carolina.

Responsibilities :
- Greet customers and listen to their concerns or complaints
- Schedule service appointments and follow up with customers regarding their appointments
- Provide customers with estimates for repair costs and obtain their authorization for work to be done
- Communicate with technicians and service managers to keep customers updated on the progress of their repairs or maintenance
- Coordinate loaner vehicles for customers if needed
- Process customer payments and maintain accurate records
- Address and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner
- Maintain a high level of expertise on Genesis vehicles and services to answer any customer questions
- Ensure a clean and organized service department for a positive customer experience
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve department goals and objectives
- Strive to exceed customer expectations and promote customer retention through exceptional service
