SURESTAFF is immediately hiring for a Service Advisor for our client’s warehouse in Dallas,TX. T

Position will entail standing for long periods of time and lifting up to 50 pounds throughout shift. Successful applicants will be very detail-oriented and able to work with little supervision.

SURESTAFF is invested in their team members! All temp to perm employees are offered competitive compensation $25.00 as well as a benefits package including health insurance (medical, dental, and vision). Generous referral bonuses are available upon hire.

Available shifts include Monday-Friday 7 : 30am-5pm. Overtime is available on a first come, first serve basis.

Duties :

• Initiate equipment services and repairs by ascertaining performance problems and services requested
• Develop estimates, write repair orders, and maintain customer rapport and records
• Ascertain equipment problems and services by listening to customer’s description of symptoms, clarifying description of problems, conducting inspections, checking vehicle maintenance records, and examining service schedules
• Schedule diagnostics with technicians
• Develop estimates by costing materials, supplies, and labor
• Calculate customer’s payment, including deductibles
• Prepare repair orders (RO) by describing symptoms, problems, and causes discovered, as well as repairs and services required
• Obtain approval signatures and enters RO into service database system
• Maintain customer rapport by explaining estimates and expected return of equipment, obtaining customer’s approval of estimates, obtaining and providing contact telephone numbers, and answering questions and concerns
• Maintain equipment records by recording problems and corrective actions planned
• Participate in educational opportunities and reading manufacturers’ publications
• Scheduling of mobile repairs as well as in-house repairs
