The Lyon-Waugh Auto Group, is looking for an experienced full-time Service Advisor to join our growing team. Lyon-Waugh Auto Group offers a supportive workplace where your experience is respected and your success is rewarded.
Schedule : Monday-Friday : 7 : 00 AM - 4 : 00 PM Rotating Saturdays & evenings
In This Role, You Will
- Welcome clients and ensure an exceptional and professional service experience from start to finish
- Review service history, perform walkarounds, and recommend needed maintenance / repairs
- Clearly explain service options and pricing, ensuring clients are well-informed and confident in their decisions
- Coordinate with technicians and service team to manage repair timelines and communicate updates to clients
- Keep clients informed regarding progress, changes, and approvals
- Ensure work is completed to the highest standard before returning the vehicle to the client
- Build lasting relationships with clients by being a reliable point of contact for ongoing service needs
