Job description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Toyota Service Technician to join our team at Lustig Automotive Holdings located in Westminster, California. Looking for a Toyota Technician with DEALERSHIP experience As a Toyota Service Technician. You will be responsible for diagnosing and repairing vehicles, performing maintenance services, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Must be familiar with opening TAS cases and knowledge of Toyota processes. Supply SPIN number when filling out this application. This is a full-time position in the auto industry and will be an individual contributor role.

Responsibilities :

Perform routine maintenance, inspections, and repairs on Toyota vehicles according to manufacturer guidelines

Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical and electrical issues using specialized diagnostic equipment

Communicate with customers and service advisors to understand their vehicle's problems and provide accurate estimates of repair costs

Complete service and repair orders in a timely and efficient manner

Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all tools and equipment are properly used and returned to their designated places

Keep up-to-date with Toyota vehicles and their latest technological features and repair methods

Collaborate with the service team to maintain a high level of customer satisfaction

Follow all safety procedures and regulations while performing job duties

Requirements :

High school diploma or equivalent

Must have completed an automotive technician program or have a minimum of 2-3 years of experience as an automotive technician

ASE or Toyota certified

Must have a valid driver's license with a clean driving record

Strong diagnostic and problem-solving skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment

Excellent communication and customer service skills

Attention to detail and ability to multitask
