We’re currently looking for a friendly, dependable Cashier to join our front-of-house team.
Job Summary
As a Cashier, you’ll be the face of our restaurant—welcoming customers, taking orders, handling payments, and ensuring a smooth customer experience from start to finish. The ideal candidate has previous experience handling cash, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and brings a warm, customer-first attitude.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers warmly and provide excellent service
- Take accurate orders using the POS system
- Handle cash, credit/debit card transactions, and issue receipts
- Maintain a clean and organized front counter and register area
- Answer basic customer questions about the menu
- Communicate effectively with kitchen staff to ensure order accuracy
- Help with packaging orders during rush hours
- Follow all food safety and hygiene standards
- 1+ year of cash handling and customer service experience required
- Friendly, positive attitude and strong communication skills
- Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Must be willing to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Must obtain a Food Handling Certificate within 30 days of hire (company will cover cost)
- Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented
