Job Title : Client Director – Singapore Public Sector
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Client Director to lead business development efforts for our Singapore Public Sector Accounts. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in sales and business development, with good knowledge of the industry and a clear understanding of its challenges. You will drive revenue growth by identifying new business opportunities, cultivating relationships with key decision-makers, and delivering tailored solutions that meet client needs.
Key Responsibilities :
- Develop and implement a strategic business development plan focused on assigned ministry.
- Identify high-value target accounts / agency and pursue new business opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers at target accounts.
- Understand and effectively communicate our service offerings to executives, ensuring alignment with client needs.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and deliver customized solutions.
- Maintain a strong sales pipeline and consistently meet or exceed revenue targets.
- Provide regular updates on sales performance and market trends to leadership.
- Stay informed about industry trends, regulations, and the competitive landscape.
