As Client Sales Executive for Human Services at Netsmart, you will drive strategic sales initiatives to expand solution adoption within our existing client portfolio, consistently surpassing revenue targets through targeted demand-generation campaigns, precise forecasting, and disciplined deal management. Collaborating cross-functionally, you will navigate internal processes to secure executive approvals and lead complex pursuits to successful close. Serving as the primary advisor to C-suite stakeholders, you will cultivate and sustain senior-level relationships that uncover and maximize growth opportunities. Ideal candidates bring four-plus years of technology-services sales with a proven history of exceeding quotas and possess superior communication skills; behavioral health or post-acute community experience and Salesforce CRM expertise are a plus.
Responsibilities
- Identify and participate in strategic sales pursuits for assigned clients to meet and exceed annual quota
- Forecast accurately and close business on time
- Actively participate in demand generation campaigns to create pipeline
- Understand and position new and existing solutions for growth within our current client base
- Effectively leverage available tools to drive strategic opportunities. These tools include the Netsmart CRM and defined productivity measures
- Lead a team of cross-functional associates in a strategic sales pursuit
- Navigate internally across the matrix to receive necessary inputs and approvals
- Maintain positive C-Level relationships with current clients
