Looking for a customer-focused professional who enjoys helping people and solving problems. As a Service Consultant, you'll be the first point of contact for customers, assisting with inquiries and delivering excellent service in a fast-paced call center environment.

Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound customer calls and inquiries
• Provide exceptional customer service and support
• Research and resolve customer concerns
• Navigate multiple systems while documenting interactions
• Use critical thinking and problem-solving skills to identify solutions

Qualifications:

• 1-2 years of customer service experience or related experience in retail, sales, hospitality, or financial services
• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Comfortable using computers and technology
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Call center experience is a plus
