Key Responsibilities :

• Coordinate and dispatch technicians to service calls and project sites, ensuring efficient allocation of resources.
• Manage service schedules, respond to client inquiries, and provide timely updates to both customers and team members.
• Maintain and manage detailed records of service requests, dispatch activities, and communications.
• Work closely with service managers and team leaders to identify and resolve scheduling conflicts or other operational challenges.
• Ensure compliance with all company protocols and industry standards in service coordination.
• Provide exceptional customer service, acting as a key point of contact for client interactions.
• Assist in the development and improvement of dispatch and service coordination procedures.
