Emergency Response Coordinator : Participate in our fairly structured on-call rotation, ensuring clients receive prompt assistance when needed most.

Who We're Looking For :

Detail-oriented professionals who thrive in dynamic environments

5+ years of passionate customer service experience

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications

Experience in the restoration industry or with QuickBooks (preferred)

Valid driver's license and ability to pass pre-employment screenings

Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple priorities
