HVAC Service Manager – Commercial HVAC

We’re seeking a proven Commercial HVAC Service Manager to lead a high-performing service organization and take full ownership of day-to-day service operations.

This is a leadership role for someone who understands commercial HVAC at scale and knows how to run people, schedules, margins, and customer relationships — and grow a division.

This is not a “babysitting techs” role.
This is a hands-on leadership position with real authority and long-term upside.

What You’ll Be Responsible For

• Lead, coach, and hold accountable a team of commercial HVAC service technicians

• Own daily service operations: dispatch, scheduling, workload balancing, and job execution

• Serve as a senior technical resource for complex troubleshooting and escalations

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships that drive retention and repeat business

• Ensure service work is executed safely, efficiently, and in compliance with codes and regulations

• Improve productivity, response times, and service quality across the operation

• Partner with leadership to strengthen service processes and performance

What We’re Looking For

• 5+ years of leadership experience in large commercial HVAC service

• Strong technical knowledge of commercial HVAC and refrigeration systems

• A leader who commands respect in the field and sets clear expectations

• Proven ability to manage people, priorities, and pressure

• Organized, decisive, and accountable — someone who finishes what they start

• Experience maximizing labor, materials, and time to deliver consistent results
