Schedule: Part-time, Monday-Friday (4:00pm - 9:30 pm)
Location: Main Hospital (C and D)
Greets visitors, responding to inquiries or problems and directing visitors to requested locations.
Essential Functions:
- Answers and directs phone calls and walk-in inquiries to the appropriate personnel or department.
- Provides information about the organization's services, policies, and procedures to visitors.
- Maintains and updates records of visitors, inquiries, and complaints.
- Monitors and maintains the cleanliness and organization of the information desk area.
- Collaborates with other departments to ensure accurate and up-to-date information is provided to visitors.

Skills:
- Must possess general office and multitasking skills.
