Job Tittle : L1 Service Desk Analyst (ONSITE)
Work Location : Mesa, AZ
Our ideal candidate speaks english and has excellent problem-solving skills. Has experience in Service desk, taking calls and handling users over voice, chat, email and self service tickets.
Responsibilities
Adhere to Schedule, SLAs, Metrics and Industry standards
Qualifications
Provide support, troubleshoot, and assist users with Computer and application issues
Support over voice, email, chat and self-service tickets
Work with end-users to understand and solve their issues
Work closely with other IT support teams and end-users to ensure system consistency and efficiency

Salary and Other Compensation
Applications will be accepted until March / 3 / 2025.
The annual salary for this position is between $37,804 to $50,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate. This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
