Description
RESPONSIBILITIES :
- Greets and welcomes visitors upon arrival, creating a welcoming and positive atmosphere.
- Provides professional, efficient, and approachable support and excellent customer service to students, visitors, and Stevens Community members.
- Accurately answers visitor questions regarding a wide variety of topics, including building, classroom, and office locations.
- Reports any safety concerns to the attention of Student Affairs On-Call staff and / or Campus Police.
- Reports urgent and non-urgent maintenance concerns.
- Performs any other duties as may reasonably be required.
- This position includes weekends and overnight hours.
