Customer Service - Front Desk

Our beautiful Culver City, California location is seeking an experienced spa coordinator to join our team. Responsibilities include greeting clients, booking and ringing up appointments, handling general spa duties, and creating content for social media. The role involves managing busy phones and emails, so the ability to multitask is essential. Successful candidates will have a pleasant phone manner, attention to detail, good computer skills, and strong written and verbal English skills. While prior salon and spa reception experience is preferred, it is not required.
