Key Responsibilities
Provide support for CM / ECF and perform remote troubleshooting
Utilize ITSM tool to create or track issues / requests and ensure timely updates
Document and escalate unresolved queries while maintaining a knowledge base
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 2-5 years of relevant experience or equivalent experience
Minimum of 2 years of IT work experience
Strong understanding of troubleshooting IT issues
Ability to adapt to different product service calls
Must be able to acquire and maintain an AOUSC Public Trust clearance
