Walker Consultants is seeking a Service Desk Administrator to be the go-to person for our employees’ technical needs. In this role, you’ll keep our Service Desk running smoothly, ensure timely resolution of issues, and deliver exceptional support that keeps our teams productive and connected.

What You’ll Do
- Oversee and monitor the company Service Desk daily, ensuring timely responses and resolutions via remote access, phone, email, or chat
- Manage support tickets in alignment with Service Level Agreements (SLAs), documenting each step with clarity and detail
- Provide exceptional customer service and continuous follow-up until issues are fully resolved
- Train and onboard new users on technology tools and systems
- Analyze recurring hardware / software issues and recommend improvements
- Collaborate with the Business Technology Group (BTG) on IT projects and process enhancements
- Coordinate with external vendors to troubleshoot and resolve issues beyond internal support capabilities
- Identify and mitigate trends to proactively improve user experience

Compensation & Benefits
At Walker Consultants, we are committed to maintaining fairness and equity in our pay practices. For this role, the estimated base salary range is $50,000 – $60,000 per year. The final salary offered may vary based on factors such as experience, qualifications, skills, location, internal equity, and other considerations permitted by law.
