Practice Director
Provides effective leadership and creates a culture of accountability for Medical Group operations including excellence in patient and caregiver safety, quality assurance of care, patient experience, equity, patient access to care, financial stewardship, caregiver engagement, and growth.
Responsible for leading medical group operations for assigned portfolio of clinics within designated market.
Develops and manages budgets for areas of responsibility, reviews and analyzes budget and other management reports.

Provides guidance, support, and opportunities for growth and development to help individuals reach their full potential as leaders and other employees. Minimum Qualifications :
- Knowledge of clinic daily operations, including financial and clinical performance.
- Knowledge of productivity reports analysis.
- Knowledge of developing budgets and variance monitoring.
- Knowledge of organizational policies and procedures.
- Knowledge of staff hiring performance management and appraisals.
- Knowledge of leadership principles to help guide teams to achieve organization goals and KPIs (Key Performance Indicators).
- Knowledge of Electronic Health Records.
- Knowledge of Provider Productivity and staffing ratios.
Upon hire, all applicants will be subject to drug testing / screening and background checks.
Salary $120,000.00 $135,000.00
Work Location : 1233 N 30th St, Billings, MT 59101.
Hours of Work : Usually 8 a.m. to 5 p.m., Monday through Friday
