Tsunami Sushi - where fine sushi, sashimi, and sake meet the warmth of Louisiana hospitality!

Our management team includes a General Manager and two Service Managers - each with a dedicated focus : one specializing in bar operations and the other in guest service. We are currently hiring a Service Manager to join our leadership team and take ownership of service excellence.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Collaborate with the General Manager and fellow Service Manager to oversee daily operations.
  • Lead front-of-house staff with a focus on delivering exceptional service and maintaining a polished guest experience.
  • Ensure smooth communication and coordination between the bar and service teams.
  • Mentor and train team members to uphold service standards and restaurant policies.
  • Handle guest concerns promptly and professionally, fostering positive resolutions.
  • Support scheduling, inventory management, and operational logistics in partnership with the management team.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and maintain a clean, organized environment.
  • Qualifications :

  • Proven experience in restaurant management or supervisory roles (experience in sushi or fine dining is a plus).
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment while maintaining focus and composure.
  • A collaborative mindset, with the ability to effectively coordinate between service and bar operations.
  • Passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding guest experiences.
