As a veterinary Client Service Representative, you'd be responsible for a wide variety of tasks including (but not limited to) :
- handling a high volume of calls throughout the day
- appointment scheduling & confirmation
- taking prescription requests in person / over the phone / via fax
- updating electronic patient records & attaching records / images
- checking in / out patients and processing payments at check-out
- interacting with doctors and technicians to respond to client questions
- helping educate owners about available products and services.
