Paretti Mazda is actively recruiting experienced technicians to diagnose, repair, and maintain automobiles. The ideal technician will exhibit exceptional problem-solving skills and attention to detail with a quantified sense of urgency.

Key Responsibilities :

Diagnose and repair vehicle mechanical and electronic issues.

Provide accurate time and cost estimates for repairs and service recommendations.

Adhere to safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.

Lead and mentor junior technicians, providing guidance and training when necessary.

Keep detailed records of all services and repairs performed.

Continuously improve service techniques to meet the highest industry standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications :

Proven experience as an automotive technician, with a strong understanding of vehicle maintenance and repair procedures.

ASE certification or equivalent preferred.

Strong ability to diagnose and repair vehicles efficiently while maintaining quality and safety standards.

Ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
