Position assists Food Service Technician II in food preparation, cafeteria service, cleaning and sanitation.Minimum QualificationsPosition requires :
Knowledge of food production
Knowledge of sanitation procedures
Knowledge of food service equipment - operation and sanitation
Good communication skills
Ability to read menus and follow recipes.
