ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS

• Reviews invoices manifests and other supporting documentation for conformance in accordance with Customs regulations and corporate policies.
• Data entry of commercial information into Customs operating system.
• Obtains necessary or missing documentation by calling client when required.
• Verifies documentation for entry and rating compliance.
• Prepares and submits Customs Declarations / Entries to US Customs.
• Provides customer service and assistance via telephone and email as required.
• Create and submit entry data reports to management and clients.
• Other duties as assigned.
