About the Role :
We’re looking for a strong Service Writer who also brings leadership or management experience to the table. Someone who can handle customers, keep the workflow tight, support techs, and step up as a leader in the shop when needed. This role is perfect for someone who has been a Service Writer but has also supervised staff, managed operations, or taken on team-lead responsibilities.
Responsibilities :
- Write repair orders, communicate with customers, and provide accurate estimates
- Manage daily workflow between techs, parts, and front office
- Maintain shop productivity, timelines, and quality standards
- Assist with onboarding, training, or leading staff when needed
- Handle light administrative duties and scheduling
- Ensure excellent customer satisfaction and repeat business
