Job descriptionCustomer Communication : Greet customers, understand their automotive needs, and explain recommended services. Bilingual Support : We prefer a candidate speak both English and Spanish to better serve our customer base. Work Order Management : Create accurate repair orders and maintain service records. Team Coordination : Work closely with technicians to ensure customer expectations are met. Problem Solving : Address concerns quickly and help resolve customer issues with confidence and care. Dependable Execution : Be punctual, reliable, and organized every day. Bilingual (English / Spanish) : Preferred. Dependable & Professional : You show up ready to work and represent the Meineke brand with pride. Excellent Communication Skills : Comfortable speaking with customers and writing clear, accurate service notes. Customer Service Experience : Prior experience in retail, service writing, or a customer-facing role preferred. Automotive Knowledge : A plus, but not required—we’ll train the right person! Strong Work Ethic : Detail-oriented, organized, and driven to provide excellent service. Valid Driver’s License : Required.
