KPMG is currently seeking a Solution Architect, ServiceNow to join our Digital Nexus technology organization. This is a hybrid work opportunity.

Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and develop solutions that meet their requirements within the ServiceNow framework or partner with Enterprise Architecture to suggest alternative platforms
  • Design and implement solutions that are scalable, flexible, and easy to maintain to include leading proofs of concept for new
  • Build integrations between ServiceNow and other enterprise systems using iPaaS (like Mulesoft), APIs, web services, MID servers, and ETL tools
  • Provide technical guidance and support to project teams throughout the project lifecycle, to include working with ServiceNow support and other technical teams to address and resolve critical issues; work with cross-functional teams to ensure that solutions are integrated with other systems and processes
  • Create comprehensive technical documentation including architecture diagrams, configuration guides, and development standards
  • Stay up to date with emerging technologies and industry trends related to ServiceNow solutions (HRSD, WSD, ITOM, ITSM and more)

Qualifications:

  • Minimum seven years of recent experience in solution architecture with ServiceNow, specializing in the design of end‑to‑end employee workflows and digital HR experiences; Strong expertise in ServiceNow HR Service Delivery (HRSD) is required, including HR Case Management, Lifecycle Events, and self‑service employee experiences, with additional experience across two or more ServiceNow modules such as WSD, ITOM, or CSM
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in computer science, information technology, or a related field is preferred; RequiredCertifications: Certified System Administrator (CSA), ServiceNow CAD(Certified Application Developer); Certified Human Resources Service Delivery(HRSD) Professional and at least one additional CIS (Certified ImplementationSpecialist) certification required with CTA (Certified Technical Architect)strongly preferred
  • Experience in supporting business solutions hosted on ServiceNow from a developer or administrator perspective, inclusive of the challenges associated with upgrades, integrations, and operational support
  • Strong understanding of practical application of ServiceNow as it relates to industry solutions, as well as an understanding of the interconnectedness between modules and core data
  • Proven familiarity with ServiceNow and other technology platforms commonly used to service core business functions
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and cross-functional teams
